Pour adopter un chat chez NALA 85480!
La future vie et le bonheur de nos protégés nous tient tout particulièrement à coeur. Avant toute adoption, nous vous rencontrerons et si besoin nous effectuerons une visite à votre domicile.
L'animal que nous vous confierons aura été suivi par un vétérinaire et il sera:
- identifié par puce électronique ou tatouage,
- primo-vacciné pour le typhus et coryza (si vous le souhaitez faire faire avant l'adoption),
- vermifugé,
- déparasité et si l'animal a plus de 6 mois
- stérilisé et
- testé pour le FIV et le FeLV.
Pour finaliser l'adoption, nous signerons avec vous une Attestation d' Adoption dont vous retrouver un exemple avec les termes ci-dessous. Et vous allez recevoir le document : Chat-un petit mode d'emploi.
To adopt a cat at association NALA 85480!
The future life and happiness of our animals is particularly close to our heart. Before adoption, we will meet you and if necessary we will make a visit to your home.
The animal has been fully examined by a veterinarian and will be:
- identified by microchip or tattoo,
- vaccinated at least once against typhus (enteritis) and coryza (flu) (if you wish to do this before the adoption)
- dewormed,
- treated for fleas and if the animal is more than 6 months old
- sterilized and
- tested for FIV and FeLV.
We are therefore obliged to ask a participation in the veterinary costs depending on the costs we made.
As an adoptant, you will be a member of the association NALA 85480 (free for the first year). After a year you can renew your membership, if you would like to help us save more animals. (read more here)
To finalize the adoption, we will ask you to sign a Certificate of Adoption of which you'll you find an example with the terms below.
Note that only the French version is legally binding.

L'association
N.A.L.A. se donne le droit de visiter l'animal à tous moments et
intervenir si une maltraitance se trouvait avérée, et s'assurera
que les engagements de la charte de l'adoptant sont bien respectés.
L’adoptant qui ne répondrait pas à notre charte signée par lui-même se verra poursuivi pénalement pour rupture de contrat et mauvais traitements aux animaux.

ARTICLE I
A bien traiter l'animal, à lui donner nourriture, habitat et soins
convenables, quel qu'en soit le caractère, fût-il exceptionnel.
ARTICLE II
A communiquer à « N.A.L.A. 85480» les différents changements d'adresses.
ARTICLE III
Si l’animal s'échappe ou meurt, à aviser « N.A.L.A. 85480» dans les
24 heures, en précisant les circonstances de sa disparition.
ARTICLE IV
Pour un chien/chat adulte:
Dans un délai de 2 mois à dater de la signature de la présente convention, à faire stériliser l’animal et à fournir à N.A.L.A. 85480 un certificat du vétérinaire ayant pratiqué l’intervention, mentionnant le nom et l’identification (tatouage et/ou puce électronique) de l’animal. Dans un délai de quinze jours, N.A.L.A. 85480 enverra par courrier, à l’adoptant, la carte
d’identification et le chèque de caution (150 €) déposé lors de
l’adoption.
Pour un chiot/chaton:
Durant la 1ère / 2ème quinzaine du mois de ……………………………………… à faire stériliser l’animal et à fournir à N.A.L.A. 85480 un certificat du vétérinaire ayant pratiqué l’intervention, mentionnant le nom et l’identification (tatouage et/ou puce électronique) de l’animal. Dans un délai de quinze jours, N.A.L.A. 85480 enverra par courrier, à l’adoptant, la carte d’identification et le chèque de caution (150 €) déposé lors de l’adoption.
ARTICLE V
A faire tous les vaccins garantissant le bon état sanitaire de l'animal. Chaque année, durant la 1ère / 2ème quinzaine du mois de ……………………………………… à envoyer une photocopie de la page "Rappels de vaccination" du carnet de santé avec la vignette du rappel de l'année, le cachet et la signature du vétérinaire. Le vaccin anti-rabique est fortement conseillé et obligatoire dans les départements contaminés (voir Arrêtés Préfectoraux).
ARTICLE VI
A dater de l'adoption, les frais occasionnés par des soins effectués chez un vétérinaire ne seront en aucun cas pris en charge par « N.A.L.A. 85480 ».
ARTICLE VII
A recevoir sur présentation de sa carte, le délégué de
« N.A.L.A. 85480», chargé du contrôle de l'animal afin qu'il puisse s'assurer du bon état et des bonnes conditions de vie de ce dernier.
ARTICLE VIII
A ne pas utiliser le chien confié à des fins professionnelles.
ARTICLE IX
A ne pas céder l'animal confié à un tiers à quelque titre que ce soit (onéreux, gracieux).
ARTICLE X
A ne demander aucune rétribution à quelque titre de prestation que ce soit pour ce qui concerne l'animal de la présente convention

This adoption is governed by the
Act of June 22, 1989 and the Decree of 28 June 1990 relating to
latent defects in the sales and trading of domestic animals.
Special
conditions of adoption:
The association N.A.L.A. 85480 has the
right to visit the animal at all times and intervene in the case of
mistreatment and ensure that the commitments of the Charter of the
Adopter are respected.

Charter of the adopter
ARTICLE I
To treat the animal well, to give
it food, housing and the proper care, as appropriate, even of an
exceptional nature.
ARTICLE II
To inform "N.A.L.A.
85480 "of a change of address.
ARTICLE III
If the
animal escapes or dies, to notify "NALA 85480 "within 24
hours, with details of the circumstances.
ARTICLE IV
During
the second fortnight of ....... to have the animal sterilised and to
provide "NALA 85480 " with a certificate from the
veterinarian who performed the surgery, including the name and
identification (tattoo and / or microchip) of the animal. Within two
weeks, "N.A.L.A. 85480 "will send to the adopter, the ID
card and the security deposit (150 €) given with the
adoption.
ARTICLE V
To do all vaccines to ensure the good
health of the animal. Every year during the 2nd fortnight of
......... to send a photocopy of health record book, showing the
sticker of the booster shot, the stamp and signature of the
veterinarian. The rabies vaccine is strongly recommended and required
in infected departments (Check with the Préfecture).
ARTICLE
VI
From the date of adoption, the costs of care performed by a
veterinarian shall not in any way be liable to "NALA 85480
".
ARTICLE VII
To permit an identified (by card)
representative of "NALA 85480" to check the animal and
ascertain its wellbeing and its living conditions.
ARTICLE
VIII
Not to claim any compensation in any way whatsoever in
respect of the animal concerned by this agreement.
ARTICLE
IX
Not to give the animal to a third party for any reason
whatsoever (with or without payment).
